Return Policy
Domestic

For Domestic Orders (U.S.), you may return an EVamped product for any reason for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products that are custom-made or outsourced (i.e. custom mats), are exempt from this policy.

If you fill out a return submission or contact us directly regarding a potential refund within this 14-day window, we will honor the refund if our correspondence or the return process extends outside of the designated time frame.

To begin the return process, please fill out the return submission form that can be found by clicking the "Submit A Return" button on this page or our Contact Us Page. Once we approve the return submission, we will send you instructions on how to return your item(s).

The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents or wear. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser.

Upon approval of the condition of the returned item(s), the returnee will be granted a refund that equates to: ( Retail Price of Product - 10% restocking fee).

Vinyl kits, are an exemption to the rule, and instead are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

After 14 days have elapsed, EVamped will not accept returns.

To process a return, simply click the "submit a return" button and fill out the form provided. If your return is approved, please send the product, freight charges prepaid, to EVamped address we send you after approving your return submission.
International

EVamped does not process returns, replacements, and/or refunds for international orders, as all international orders are considered FINAL upon shipment.

Also for all international orders: EVamped does not refund any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery.
Distributors

If you have purchased an EVamped product through one of our distributors, please contact them for all returns and inquiries.
